Services
Our services are intended to provide businesses with guidance and support relating to management, organizational structures, governance, executive decision-making, and business development.
The specific services, deliverables, responsibilities, and scope of each engagement will be established by mutual agreement between Paideia Ventures Inc. and the client.

Pricing and Fees
Pricing is determined on an engagement-by-engagement basis according to the nature, scope, complexity, anticipated workload, and requirements of the services requested.
Fees will be communicated and agreed upon before the applicable work begins. Any additional services or changes in scope may result in additional charges, which will be communicated to the client for agreement.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in the applicable proposal, service agreement, or invoice.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable within thirty days of the invoice date. Clients are responsible for paying all agreed fees and any applicable taxes or charges associated with their engagement.
Payments may be processed through Stripe or another payment method expressly offered by the company.
Late Payments
If payment is not received by the applicable due date, Paideia Ventures Inc. may provide written notice requesting payment.
To the extent permitted by applicable law and the governing service agreement, overdue balances may be subject to reasonable late fees or interest disclosed in advance.
We may suspend or delay services for materially overdue invoices after providing appropriate notice. Clients remain responsible for fees incurred before any suspension or termination.
Cancellations and Refunds
Clients wishing to cancel an engagement must provide written notice in accordance with the applicable service agreement.
Cancellation terms, notice periods, and any applicable cancellation charges will be established in that agreement. Clients are responsible for payment for services already performed, authorized work completed, and noncancelable expenses incurred before cancellation.
Payments for consulting services already performed are generally nonrefundable.
Prepaid fees for services not yet performed may be reviewed for a refund, subject to the service agreement, applicable cancellation terms, work already completed, and applicable law.
Any refund approved will be processed using the original payment method where reasonably possible. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
